Preston's career in food began as far back as high school when he started in the Front of the House. This led him across the country and even abroad as far as Dubai. His travels resulted in an unintentional exposure to various regional and international styles of cuisine; further intensifying his passion for food. After making the jump from the Front of the House into Culinary School, Preston worked with numerous Chefs including Chris Hastings. He's ready to showcase his experiences tonight in a three course walk through a Winter in the South. Join us as he puts modernist touches on traditional southern cuisine.
