Preston's career in food began as far back as high school starting in the Front of the House and led him across the country and even as far as Dubai, resulting in an unintentional exposure to various regional and international styles of cuisine further intensifying his passion for food. After making the jump from the front into Culinary School and working with numerous Chefs including Chris Hastings, he's ready to share his story with you tonight in a 3 course walk through a winter in the South.
